Tessa99
Hello there -I am going to have a family member look after my 9 month old and I'm not sure how much I should offer to pay her? She'll be taking care of her for 3 days per week. Also, should I pay her for the 5 weeks of holiday I take every year when she won't be looking after my daughter?Any other advise on potential things to cover in my agreement with her will be helpful. Thanks ALL! sian
Try the National Childminders Association. THeir website has lots of model agreements. Hope it all works out. prdarling
Childminders earn about ?5 per hour and they take care of their own tax and NI. I pay mine 4 weeks holiday. millsa
I spoke to about ten childminders when I was looking for one for my son and it seems like the rate in ED/Peckham Rye is between ?40-?50 for a 10-hour day.
