hi anyone else lost virgin broadband connection tonight? can't get through to their support

Mine has been off all weekend and the tv box keeps rebooting. An engineer is coming out to have a look.

Can anyone tell me what are the dimensions of the Virgin TV box? Particularly the depth?

I believe Virgin is in the process of upgrading its 2M customers to 10M. That may be the cause. My connection was all over the place on the day of the upgrade, Friday. It's well worth the hassle, though: I'm getting 9.7M now!
