In case you have not seen this in the media someone is killing and mutilating cats. This is happening not that far from East Dulwich. All of the cats - found in Addiscombe, South Norwood, Coulsdon and West Norwood between September and December have been killed in a distinctive way, apparently, with some having their tails and/or heads removed.

If I saw anyone doing that, I'll happily remove the perps head.

That's truly gruesome. Of course I feel sorry for the cats (being a cat owner) but more worryingly, isn't that one of the early signs someone is a psychopath? Quite frightening that someone capable of that is living nearby.
