shell
Can anyone suggest a good view point that I could take parents to? Baring in mind they're not in the best of health so travelling too far, traipsing up too steep a hill not great. Dawsons heights park? I'm assuming horniman park will be closed? Any suggestions welcome please.. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/87835-where-to-watch-nye-fireworks-locally/ Share on other sites

Darren Gray
The Hilly Fields in Brockley. Not that 'hilly' if you park on the peak of (or near to) Montague avenue :) Was actually listed in the evening Standard last week Thursday or Wednesday as a 'where to watch London New Years Eve Fire Works' Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/87835-where-to-watch-nye-fireworks-locally/#findComment-941559 Share on other sites
bil
The top of Dawsons hill is a great spot to watch the views across London... you can see the London eye but also Greenwich and battersea. The hill is steepish to get up ..in the past I've seen people bring blankets, wine food etcEnjoy! Jules-and-Boo
Namco on the south bank (bowling, bumper cars and other games) does a NY event and tickets are ?15. This includes a pass to the river fireworks and they still had some tickets for sale.
