Cleaner wanted - twice a week, starting soon

I'm looking for a cleaner to come to our house in E Dulwich twice a week (2.5 to 3 hours each visit). Ideally someone who can show initiative in helping us to keep the house tidy as well as cleaning. And who is happy to iron.
