Curry house recommendations, Lordship Lane

Am wanting to take the kids for a curry on Saturday, just wondered if anyone could recommend one, there being quite a few on Lordship Lane!

There has been numerous threads on this very subject.. Everyone seems to have their personal favourites.

There is no definitive recommendation to any one restaurant..

Popular choices are Dulwich Tandoori - Surma - Tandoori Nights - Jaflong.

Jaflong is nice but does not sell alcohol but you can take your own beer/wine at no charge..

If you do it on a Sunday all the restaurants have as much as you can eat for the kids and they get to choose what they want. Cheap and a good intro. Curry Cabin do a good one
