Celia Hammond are the worst charity I have ever dealt with. Obviously some are luckier than others but a year on and I still have not been contacted to come in to choose a cat despite going through the whole procedure and leaving numerous messages. Good luck chambers

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience Greece, we have two sisters from them, my dad took them on as kittens and they'll be 12 soon, Celia Hammond got back in touch with him very quickly and all went well, they are under a lot of pressure so I imagine your issue may have been due to them being overrun.

Too busy for a year to respond to a possible animal adopter ??? Come on ... No-one is that busy and if there was some problem with the application surely they could have contacted GREECE and informed them!!!

You do not need to make an appointment to visit to choose a cat or kitten. They are open EVERY Saturday and Sunday from 1 - 5pm for potential adopters

I'm moving to a flat and have to get rid of my cat. My uncle said he'll take her but I suspect he's just being polite!

She's 5 years old, very healthy, pretty tabby and white and loves catching mice!

Celia Hammonds is open to view cats every Saturday and Sunday between 1 and 5pm, but you can't take a cat if you haven't already had a home visit. Just thought i'd clear that up.
