Venue hire

Hello! Any recommendations for homely venue hire in easy Dulwich, with either low minimum spend or ability to bring in own food/drink?

Looking for something resembling a house:)

I'm not sure but I THINK The Ivy House may let you bring in food and drink in certain circumstances.
