We live in Penge. Have just had our kitchen knocked through, bi fold doors , new slate patio, downstairs WC etc. Used SPD Property Development and Consultancy. They are based in Peckham and cover all SE London . Honestly can't fault them..it looks fantastic and the finish is high spec. The team are very friendly and easy to have in the house. Turn up on time and work right through. Our neighbour used them for her kitchen too which is how I got to know.
