  1. Highly recommend Dave for damp treatment and plastering. On initial visit he gave me advice on what problem was and causes and gave very competitive quote. Turned up to do job on time, in fact was early! Great job at a fantastic price...can't fault him. And he's friendly, which always helps. Dave Reilly 07932 505589
  2. We live in Penge. Have just had our kitchen knocked through, bi fold doors , new slate patio, downstairs WC etc. Used SPD Property Development and Consultancy. They are based in Peckham and cover all SE London . Honestly can't fault them..it looks fantastic and the finish is high spec. The team are very friendly and easy to have in the house. Turn up on time and work right through. Our neighbour used them for her kitchen too which is how I got to know. Sean Doyle SPD Property Development 0203 329 2077 07920021718 [email protected]
  3. We just sold and purchased with Aletta Shaw in Bexleyheath. The solicitor was Efe Ejaife but they are all good. I found Efe and her assistant Sue very straight forward, honest and there were no hidden extras. We completed in just over 7 weeks. The final price was what was quoted at the beginning. My sister has also used them for issues around probate and was very happy. The contact details are www.alettashaw.co.uk [email protected] Tel: 0208 301 4884

  19. When we got our loft done we had to get a written agreement from the neighbours with the adjoining wall and there was a clause in the contract saying they the builders were responsible and would rectify any damage. the work couldnt go ahead without it.Luckily there were no problems but surely they should have contacted you first to discuss this and get your ok before they started knocking your property about. Hopefully they'll be reasonable when you meet with them. I'd contact The Master Builders Federation or Southwark Councils Building and planning dept for some advice. they should be able to tell you what your options are.Good luck.

Same method, approached from behind in the early hours, hand across mouth and told if she didnt give him her bag he'd hurt her.
