FREE Opportunity to Try Something New... that just might change your Life!

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I'm a local mum and Business Owner who is always looking for new and innovative ways to balance making a living, and living my family-filled, "way to busy but you only get one so make it great" life...

It's not an easy balance to strike, but I have come across some great things that work well for me and my family - that may well be right up your street.

You don't have to be a mum, a woman or even a business owner to appreciate the opportunities - you just need an open mind!

There are "no get rich quick" schemes going on here, and I'm not gonna say it's no work, super easy or for everyone... but

If you are interested in getting MORE time for you and your family - with less hassle and stress, and that's not what you have right now, then these options are for you.

It started when I attended a 1 day beginners property training session thinking - "There's no way on the planet that this could ever work for me - property prices are absolutely ridiculous"... but it goes to show that you don't know what you don't know... fast forward to now, and I'm moving towards the life I want...

If this has piqued your interest - then please PM me.

I have access to some taster courses that might suit you - and if you are interested, you can get complementary tickets to attend (they are paid places that I can give complementary spaces for - they are NOT free for everyone)

Topics include

- Property Investment

- Elite Speaking and Confidence Building

- Women Wealth Building

- The Amazon Business Opportunity

This has been something that has changed my life - and could potentially change yours - there's no obligations anywhere - even if you DM me, there's no hard sells - so if you want to know more, give me a shout.

So if you want to try something new, the topics take your fancy, or you just want a way to get out of that rat race and stop running around like a headless chicken to make ends meet - then now is a great time to hit reply.

I look forward to hearing from you, I hope I can help

Thanks

Mrs E

SE22cat, It wasn't rude at all, it's your opinion, and that's cool - and interesting info for me too - perhaps it's how I've written it... what makes you sceptical?

- I'm not selling anything (Or I'd have put it in the For Sale, bit of the forum)

I've gotten loads of value from the things I've done and am doing - but like the post says, it's definitely not for everyone.

Seabag, I'm not sure who Brandon Bays is (dunno if that says more about me than him)

PM me with your details if you wanna know more.

If not, cool beans!

Thanks

Just an honest question OP but do you get a 'share' of any new sign ups and then a 'share' of any new sign ups that they get to these not free courses? I am a bit cynical about your 100% altruistic claims but I am a bit of a cynic

Hang on ????. Do you mean a sort of structure, where there are many people at the base, passing on some money to the slightly fewer people at the next layer, who in turn pass on some of their own money and that of the people at the base minus a cut, and so on till there is just one solitary person at the top? Thus creating a sort of three dimensional shape, the name of which escapes me right now, but I'm pretty sure has something to do with Egypt?

You know that 'Women empowering Women' scheme from back in the 90's

???? good question

- I think what you're describing sounds like a pyramid scheme where someone pays to join something, then they sign up people who also pay - and there is no money in the system except what people pay to join... (I think the "women wealth building" line I wrote might be the red flag as after SE22cat's comment I did some research, and found a pyramid scheme called "Women Empowering Women", which I'd not heard of before... but I sure have now)- (thanks for the heads up Miga!)

I've heard of pyramid schemes, never been in one myself and I think they're illegal now.

- and like I said, there is no sale here.

This is not a pyramid scheme, you do not pay for the courses I've been talking about and there is real value in them as they are.

These are courses to see if you want to try something new. If you are not paying money for it (obviously you do give time), then there is no share.

I understand the cynicism.

I was a total cynic - and I still am, about lots of stuff. (Now I?ve googled Brandon Bays and found out he is a ?she?, her stuff looks like it?s not my cup of tea)

So when I was first offered a course - say on the Elite Speaker intensive - I was like ? ?well, what's the catch? Why would you give me training that I should have to pay for, for free? Is this just gonna be one giant sales pitch with no real information in there at all? Is this going to be of any value to me?

My thought process was well "What do I have to lose? - if it's crap - I won't get back the time, but I didn't spend any money.

But if it's good - and it helps, then even if there is a sales pitch in there somewhere - I still got what I wanted and perhaps I discover something new, something I want to do, am freaking good at and can help me with my juggling? (life, not balls!)

I went on the session - got loads of great stuff, genuine value - and it wasn't just me... didn't do any further training on that - but have implemented loads of the strategies in presentations, pitches in my business and I know more about what I want and don't want. It has cost me nothing. I would have paid to get what I got out of it.

Yes - They do get people who find their calling as public speakers, or property investors, or the other stuff on the taster courses and they do go on to do other things - and with FULL DISCLOSURE - I would get a small share if you did that...there is no "recruit other people" element to this, I just put it out there to see if anyone else was interested. That was how I first found out about it - was just doing the same.

But I?d humbly suggest that?s not the point.

In the interim - this opportunity for the tasters is there...

My claims were not 100% altruistic - of course there is something in it for me.

But that doesn't mean that there not something (much, much more) in it for you.

(Perhaps I should lead with that... to help fellow cynics feel less cynical)

This is not a zero sum thing there where one of us wins, and therefore one of us loses.

- the questions I would recommend that you ask yourself (or at least the ones I asked myself to decide when I went on my taster courses) is what's in it for you? Is it worth you finding out?

Or to put it slightly differently

What's the risk if it's rubbish?

What's the upside if it's awesome?

(for me it's knowing that I'm working my butt off - which I was always doing long before I started in business anyway... but I have a plan to create some control and freedom about my time and choices in my life. That's important to me. That's what I wanted, so that was great for me)

That's it. Only you know the answers to those questions - so only you know whether it's worth finding out more about it

- if you want specifics in terms of topics covered (to answer the "is it just a sales pitch" and "are they actually going to tell us anything valuable" question) - then PM me your name and email address I'd be happy to send you areas covered in any or all of the topics that I mentioned.

The questions are great. Cynics rule the world!!

But you know what they say.. "There no point having a mind if you never change it"

Finally I will reiterate - THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE... the question I asked was IS THIS FOR YOU?

PM if you think the answer could be yes...

If not - happy days

Hi Pickle - No, no churches or religious affiliations at all!

Also no energy, healing etc. (check that Brandon Bays link that Seabag sent - I only read a few sentences, but was very confused... it's nothing like that)

The topics as in the first post.

Thanks

Hmmm.

This should be in the for sale section not here. It is obviously a sales pitch, albeit with a free 'taster' to get the punters through the door. I can imagine the sort of hard sell you get.

But, even if it is a soft sell, this is definitely a sales pitch.

Nothing as exciting as a pyramid, or MLM or anything like that. Just some training.

    • Ahh, the old "it's only three days" chestnut.  I do hope you realise the big metal walls, stages, tents, toilets, lighting, sound equipment, refreshments, concessions etc don't just magically appear & disappear overnight? You know it all has to be transported in & erected, constructed? And that when stuff is constructed, like on a construction site, it's quite noisy & distracting? Banging, crashing, shouting, heavy plant moving around - beep beep beep reversing signals, engines revving - pneumatic tools? For 8 to 10 hours a day, every day? And that it tends to go on for two or three weeks before an event, and a week after when they take it all down again? I'm sure my boys' GCSE prep won't be affected by any of that, especially if we close the windows (before someone suggests that as a resolution). I'm sure it won't affect anyone at the Harris schools either, actually taking their exams with that background noise.
    • Thanks for the good discussion, this should be re-titled as a general thread about feeding the birds. @Penguin not really sure why you posted, most are aware that virtually all land in this country is managed, and has been for 100s of years, but there are many organisations, local and national government, that manage large areas of land that create appropriate habitats for British nature, including rewilding and reintroductions.  We can all do our bit even if this is not cutting your lawn, and certainly by not concreting over it.  (or plastic grass, urgh).   I have simply been stating that garden birds are semi domesticated, as perhaps the deer herds in Richmond Park, New Forest ponies, and even some foxes where we feed them.  Whoever it was who tried to get a cheap jibe in about Southwark and the Gala festival.  Why?  There is a whole thread on Gala for you to moan on.  Lots going on in Southwark https://www.southwark.gov.uk/culture-and-sport/parks-and-open-spaces/ecology-and-wildlife I've talked about green sqwaky things before, if it was legal I'd happily use an air riffle, and I don't eat meat.  And grey squirrels too where I am encourage to dispatch them. Once a small group of starlings also got into the garden I constructed my own cage using starling proof netting, it worked for a year although I had to make a gap for the great spotted woodpecker to get in.  The squirrels got at it in the summer but sqwaky things still haven't come back, starlings recently returned.  I have a large batch of rubbish suet pellets so will let them eat them before reordering and replacing the netting. Didn't find an appropriately sized cage, the gaps in the mesh have to be large enough for finches etc, and the commercial ones were £££ The issue with bird feeders isn't just dirty ones, and I try to keep mine clean, but that sick birds congregate in close proximity with healthy birds.  The cataclysmic obliteration of the greenfinch population was mainly due to dirty feeders and birds feeding close to each other.
    • Another recommendation for Niko - fitted me in the next day, simple fix rather than trying to upsell and a nice guy as well. Will use again
    • Looks great! but could it be possible to pinch the frames a bit tighter with some long nose pliers and add more struts to stop the tree rats getting inside? Also, the only issue with a mesh base is that it could attract rats towards your property.
