For anyone who regularly experiences pain and discomfort or feels stuck with their yoga practice. An exploration of mind and body, bringing together the postural analysis of Alexander Technique and a gentle approach to Hatha yoga.

Our focus will be on the Head, Neck and Spine.

Tanya Shoop and Chris Holt together offer an opportunity to let go of tension, unlearn the holding habits that lead to pain and stiffness and regain a sense of freedom and self-discovery.

Date: Saturday 13 February

Time: 2-5pm

  Friend recommends Penge Cycle Club. Southwark Cyclists usually do two social cycle rides on Saturday, you don't need to be a member (London Cycling Campaign) but recommended. They are advertised on the What's On section of EDF. And you can go on their other Borough group rides, Lewisham Cyclists often do long rides. Generally very cycle friendly around here, despite occasional on line hostility.

  This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society. If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
