I suspect all your recommendations for the same two businesses were moved to the ED businesses, restaurants & trades section where they belong. I have to say, the continued re-recommendations are starting to look a bit suspicious.

Yes, I know what you mean as well but it was always a bit irksome that positive reviews were obviously allowed to remain as it seemed slightly unbalanced.

As a business person with (in your words) MUCH RESPECT - you should be aware that you don't know many of your potential customers and they don't know you. But they will judge you anyway as that is what people do when choosing to hire someone

Sorry this got lost in the flood. No, there hasn't been solicitor's letters but I have been contacted by the police about complaints they've had. Yes, they and I know it's not criminal, but in order to keep the peace we decided that the removal of some posts would be a good idea.
