Bizarre night-time noises in gardens of Tintagle Crescent/ Zenoria St

Is anyone else disturbed by the nightly howling/screaming coming from one the gardens? It has sounded like a cat, chicken, fox and dog are fighting to the death in the early hours of the morning for the past few days.

I woke up to that in Tintagel night before last. Definitely foxes.

Could it be the semi-mythical Creature of the Crescent? Or a ghost? I heard there were a few murders back in the 50s in Zenoria Street. Can't remember the source, but think it was more than 'a man in the pub'.
