Hello!

My name's Tom Lynas & I'm a personal trainer from East Dulwich who runs Bear Drills Fitness.

Bear Drills is an hour long high intensity interval training (HIIT) that boosts your metabolism and burns hundreds of calories both during and after the class has finished.

Bear Drills is great for losing weight, building strength and improving endurance.

For the last two years, I've been running Bear Drills out of the Dulwich Constitutional club, but due to the success of the class we have now outgrown our home and two weeks ago moved to a bigger and better hall at Newlands Academy on Stuart Road, SE15 3AZ.

Bear Drills takes place every Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:30-8:30pm, each class is ?8. You don't need to bring anything special just comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

The Monday classes at the new venue have been particularly popular so please drop me a note if you're interesting in coming so I can confirm attendance.
