Used but in good condition. Invaluable when you need to put the little ones somewhere safe for a while whilst you get on. The hinged gate section has a pull and lift action. I think it can be changed from a hexagon to a square removing a few panels. I also understand that you can buy a circus tent roof to make it more of a fun den when they are older - I didn't get one so you are just buying the frame and the mat (the mat is a little faded from washing).
