I can confirm that David and his team are very much still working!  They were at my place today carrying out extensive works to the roof of my first floor bay window and guttering to make it all water tight (water had started pouring into my sitting room each time it rained).  I have used David on many occasions in the past to fix problems in various different parts of my main roof and he has always resolved them for me, so I had no hesitation in asking him to sort out the bay this time.  He is experienced and knowledgeable and I know he will always do a thorough job. Highly recommended.

David was quick to reply to the initial enquiry regarding a leak in the roof.  Helpful to arrange a suitable date in which the work could take place. The roof was resurfaced.  Really pleased with work done. Prompt payment required. Highly recommend.

Fantastic job just completed by David & team. Stopped by on the day I contacted him and had to job completed within the timeframe we discussed. Very reasonable quote compared to experiences friends in the area have had with other operators. Would highly recommend.

David did a great remedial job on the roof for me a couple of years ago after a dodgy roofer left a lot of problems. Today I called him because there were two loose slabs of wood on the roof, which it turned out had been left by scaffolders a few months ago. He noticed some very poor pointing and was able to repoint immediately (without scaffolding), which was very handy. Do call David if you need any roofing work done as he responds quickly and is reliable.

Dave responded really quickly to a request for help with a leaking gutter/downpipe.  He also re-did the flat roof on our loft conversion for us a few years back and we've had no problems with it since.  He is very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Norwood Roofing.

I would also like to highly recommend Norwood Roofing.  David responded really quickly to my message and came out to see me the same day. I had multiple damp patches and David diagnosed the problems with the roof and the scaffolding was up and work completed within a week.   He and Patrick also found some additional problems with the loft which they fixed and didn't charge extra for which I really appreciate.

I'm very happy with their work and have no hesitation in recommending Norwood Roofing.

Just had my London roof completely redone by Norwood Roofing.  Very professional and hard-working team .. always ensuring I was kept up to date with progress with pictures and clear explanations.  I have used David and Patrick for several years and they do a great job, taking pride in what they do.  They ensure that everything is neat and tidy at the end of each day - much appreciated by me.  Even my neighbours have used them.  Great job at a reasonable price.

100% recommendation for David and his team! David and Patrick have just finished fixing my leaking roof.

David arranged for the work to be done the day after his initial visit. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue and took the time to talk me through the pictures (before and after). He fixed the leak and also kindly checked over the velux windows and did some maintenance work on them too. Couldn’t have asked for more!

thank you!!!

David and Patrick have just done a great job on our roof - rerendering the parapet wall, replacing some of the lead flashing, repairing holes in the membrane left by another roofer etc. They also painted our sash windows, parapet wall and other masonry so that we could make full use of the scaffolding. Very knowledgeable, efficient , organised and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

    • I'm guessing that most people with pets would not bring either the pets or fireworks into their day to day conversations, to complain or otherwise. Are you suggesting that only "timid" pets are scared by fireworks? What evidence do you have for that, exactly?  Or are you equating being scared of fireworks with being "timid"? And what about the foxes and other wildlife? Is it ok for them to be scared? Firework noise is not a noise that "comes with normal city living" ! What a very strange thing to say! Are you one of the people who have been constantly letting off fireworks recently? I'm assuming you don't have any pets yourself, or you wouldn't have these opinions, but if you do have pets, please share how they react when they hear loud bangs. Unless they are goldfish, in which case you probably wouldn't be able to tell.
    • Well, I know a lot of people in London with pets and I've never heard any of them complain about fireworks.  Maybe what's not ok is keeping timid animals in a metropolis when they are scared of the noises that come with normal city living.
    • We git a ticket when we tried to park there to watch the fireworks.  Anyways we didn't even get a space and so we didn't actually park.  But we got a penalty notice.  We just paid up.  And we won't be taking our car their ever again.  You probably needed a Southwark council visitors permit.  I imagine it would have needed to be booked online B4 or by the end of the day that you parked. Beat thing to do is contact Southwark Council Estate parking to clarify the situation.   I hope your freebie was worth the value of your penalty.
