A Tesco store has asked customers not to shop in their pyjamas or barefoot

It all makes sense, the branch who made this edict is Tesco's in St Mellons, Cardiff

Have you been there, I have.

It is a world of it's own.

I think there are more Subaru Impreza's per square mile residing here in this charming hamlet, than any where else in the UK.

Plus It's on the out skirts of the international city of style, Cardiff

The sartorially elegant tribe known as "The Casuals" started right here.

They are obviously making an evolutionary statement. Recreating the movement but being badly overlooked , misinterpreted ,even let down by the supermarket chain

The effort that goes into "this look" can't be measured & to the untrained eye it could even look lazy

But soon(this spring) you'll see Kate Moss, Lillie Allen, Sarah Brown et al' driving Canary yellow " Subu-'Preza's " with painted white racing alloys & blacked out window tints

All dressed in court shoes & PJ's, smoking a Superking & shopping in " Sloane Street "

"Mark my words", I know about these things

Hey, look everyone...looks as though Tescos haven't banned dogs! So let me get this straight...no pyjamas or slippers...but dogs and skates are allowed.

    • Seems to be back on now although pressure reduced especially for hot water via boiler. Hopefully I can have a shower in the morning.
    • It’s far too hot. Dogs should not be out and you’re right to post this.
    • Agree that you have to be so careful dogs in this heat… but please dont judge so quickly.  Its one thing if you see a dog at midday being thrown the ball endlessly, but if you see a dog en route / somewhere - You dont know if that dog was being walked to the vet for an emergency appointment.. or taken to a friend’s house that is cooler etc.  And if they live in a flat, they might desperately need to be taken out for a quick pee / poo !
    • I know,  absolutely crazy.  A dog has never died because it didn't have a walk, but dogs do die if walked in this heat. Perhaps the owners should put on a thick fur coat, take their shoes off and jog round the pavements, and see how that feels! 🤬
