If they have smoke grenades they're quite effective. Went with my work mates last year, some of the fellas got some smoke grenades and they put out an amazing amount of smoke, great if you're trying to capture a flag or something.

Oh and if you've had a few too many vodkas, try to shoot both of the doubles you may see out there.....and the large pink elephant that looks like good cover may not actually be real....

Ah truth be told I wasn't too choosy. They even had a fully automatic thing that fired 21 paint balls a second. I took the "he who has the most bullets wins approach" only to end up sixty quid down and with fewest shots on target.

A top weekend though - and I think the stag survived....I think......

I heard a faint whimpering noise in my living room yesterday evening and wondered what it was - turns out the stag had logged on to his 360 and was wearing his headset so it was coming through my speakers...

ruined my evening I can tell you

    • Fired Earth as a whole went into administration unfortunately - doesn't seem to have been a Dulwich problem specifically. Does anyone know how much the rent is for these Dulwich Village storefronts?
    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
