Free Harpsichord Workshops (Easter Holidays)

Recommended Posts

The Dulwich Music Festival is running free harpsichord workshops this Easter to introduce young pianists to the instrument. The class is suitable for pianists Grade 2+ with a suitable Baroque or early Classical repertoire.

Provisional Dates:

Thursday 24 March to Saturday 2 April

The workshop takes place during the Easter holiday. Please send through details of your repertoire and preferred days and times. We require at least 3 participants per session to run the free workshop. We have very limited spaces for audience members as the event takes place in a small room in a private home in East Dulwich London SE22.

    • Twenty plus years ago, the centre of Croydon was a fine place to work in, sadly times have changed, the Whitgift centre has gradually fallen to its knees, lots of shop closures and unlikely to be redeveloped given Croydon Councils financial situation.  Always preferred Croydon to Bromley and rarely go to either.
    • an update that successfully says nothing of any use.
    • My daughter wants to get her ears pierced and I am looking for recent recommendations from experiences locally.  I have heard that Polished use a needle rather than a gun which seems to be the general advice nowadays, but I remember my own experience at a similar age with a piercing gun being quick, easy and problem free.  I'm looking for somewhere that will have the skills to put my child at ease and provide a professional service with proper aftercare advice.  Many thanks
    • Looking for a Seamstress to alter a dress for a legal ceremony (it is also a beautiful dress, so would be disappointed if it got ruined). Looking to adjust the neckline, so need someone who can support altering of design, as well as adjusting general measurements. Any recommendations are so appreciated, thanks! x
