Catherine W
Support, Encourage, Empower If you are reading this and you have given birth, congratulations, that?s the hardest workout of your life! The bond between mother and baby is like no other, but physically your body will have adapted and changed shape; stretch marks will fade but not disappear completely. Other physical adaptations, however need not be permanent. At Move Well London I work with women individually and in pairs at this important juncture in life to get fit. Knowing that baby is within earshot in the quiet, private low lit studio gives you peace of mind. We work together by combining strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and elements of Pilates to target the parts of the body that need extra special attention, making you feel fitter and more energised, your body more toned and your deep abdominal muscles (which support your lower back) gradually adapting into the natural corset to get you back into THAT dress!Your post natal check up with your GP (usually 6-8 weeks after giving birth) is a good time to get the green light for starting a structured fitness routine. If you would like me to work with you please call on 07794583272 or email [email protected]http://www.movewelllondon.com Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/99263-post-natal-fitness-lowdown/ Share on other sites
