Sofa Workshop ?Harry? 3 Seater Sofa / Cream - ?250 ono

?Large? Sofa - H87cm x W185cm x D94cm

I bought this around 4 years ago and it spent a year in storage. It?s comfortable and modern and I paid extra for the removable covers so fully washable. Now that we have a new addition to the family we are going for something a bit larger.

Bought for ?900+ / Asking ?250 ono

Still under the 10 year frame gurantee and you can buy new covers if you want to change the colour. I will probably have the receipt and paperwork to go with this

Thermostatic Shower Valve - ?175.00 ono (BRAND NEW)

We bought this by mistake and as our renovation was delayed couldn't return it and had to buy a different valve that met our exact requirements.

It's really well made (better than the one we ended up having to fit) and is a lovely neat design. ?175 ono.

    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
