Is open today if anyone needs anything they've forgotten! They even have chestnuts!

At the Plough end, Costcutter, Val's Store and the grocer which has the Post Office inside are all open.

Popped in again tonight to get some feta. They now have loads of new stock in and it looks lovely.

Loads of different fruit and veg and various types of Greek/Turkish pastries. Defo worth a look in.

I realise this thread is months old but in what way is that the "bottom" end of LL?

Although the OP may not have described the location of the shop in relation to LL in the most perfect of ways, I think it pretty obvious what was intended if just the slightest attempt to understand, rather than mock, is made - LL being on a hill and the shop in question not being at the top.
