Self Defence Class 25 November

I have booked a local self defence instructor, Patrice of Urban Fit and Fearless [www.urbanfitandfearless.com] to run a private self defence class in East Dulwich from 2-4 on Saturday 25 November.

There will be up to 8 participants and we have a couple of spare places.

The class will be ?15 for 2 hours and will focus on skills that are particularly useful for women, though men are welcome too and one of my male friends is already signed up.

Let me know if you are interested in coming along. It promises to be useful and fun
