OMG:'( We go to Beckenham Place Park on occasion, its a sick world, we can't do anything without having to worry about it, owning a dog is a pleasure, these sick F*****S......... I don't know what to say:'(

I have to say, if my dog was aggressive to other dogs, I would have my dog muzzled and on lead for its own protection and that of other dogs, I would be so worried for my dogs safety and that it could be PTS for biting etc :( I would do anything to keep it and other dogs safe. I have seen your boy LeagleEagle ish, very handsome indeed:))

Oh the poor little boy:'( Wishing you a speedy recovery Woody, I would love to meet him when he is up and walking again, bless his little heart. Good luck to you all, sending our love x x x

Again, First mate, you are talking sense (tu) If I had a dog which was untrustworthy, I would have it muzzled and on a lead for its own safety and the safety of others, then again, I am one of those people who researched my breed for at least a year before I decided what I was getting and I have chosen very well indeed, sounds smug, but everyone should do so, there ar many different breeds out there and there is a breed for everyone, why people don't do the research and put in the time and train there dogs is beyond me, its sad for the dogs involved :(

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog:'( Poor boy, I have 2 small dogs and I am worried about owners like this one:'( I hope he makes a full recovery and am glad that the police are being supportive. I don't know of this dog so can't help, sorry. Good luck in your search, I really feel for you x

You should be at the Colyton Rd entrance to Peckham Rye park on a Sunday when the footballers are playing if you wanna see pissing, or not. You have no choice. Sometimes they go in the bushes to the right of the gate and other times they piss up the tree to the left of the gate in broad daylight. I reported them to the park people, giving them a full description of the guy, with his team colour, number etc and because they hadn't booked the pitch, they could not be traced so nothing could be done and I was told to call 999 if I see it again(td) I bet the police would love that!
-
They do go to fast, in Peckham Rye park too(td) walking on the grass is not always an option, especially when it was icy, it was treacherous, the road and paths had clearer bits. I agree, if I had children I would rather have them doing something active, but the park is for everyone and there should be a speed limit for all and "Your dogs are cute so I won't run them over" WTF!

Right, another fellow dog owner called me today, he had a run in with the woman yesterday I think. She comes up all nice and engages you in conversation. She asked my friend if his dogs would bite her, he said well she's growling at you so I wouldn't come to close, she then proceeded to ask him what he would do if one of his dogs bit her and that she'd want it putdown etc, he told her to get lost. This was in the morning, earlyish 8/9am she has a long green coat and shoulder length grey hair and is quite tall. This is not an urban myth, it is happening.
-
I had a text from a fellow dog owner about this woman, she entices your dog by throwing food toward it and then starts saying that your dog has bitten her. The person that texted me got it from a worker in peckham Rye Park. I heard she has long grey hair sometimes in a bun? If this is all true, then its really not funny if you are, like me, a dog owner :(

Has the snow all gone in Dulwich park?
bonniebird replied to northernmonkey's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The snow has all but gone, there is a littel ice and some snow mounds, there is a safe bit down the middle of the road that I walked down with the dogs today, the sand track is also snow free now, you should be ok, there were joggers and cyclists there today :) -
Lovely Dogue:))Stunning! Should have a collar on though, illegal not to have your name and adress on your dog. We got married at Morden Hall Reg office, lovely place, lovey pics one and all :))
