  1. Now, if it was a dog rolling in fox poo, you could cover the dog in tomato juice/sauce to remove the stench, then bath in a lemony shampoo, but a phone!!:))
  2. I wish, but them humps were there, then they weren't and now they are there again WTF's going on? (td)
  3. Being an auntie is one of the best things ever :)) I don't want children at all, but my nieces and nephews are just the best. Make the most of this time. They are so sweet and learn so much and change on a very quick basis. I love them when they are toddlers too, tasting different foods, learning to walk, talk etc (tu) Enjoy and congrats!

Nice waynetta >:D< Dogs, like small children obviously can't speak for themselves, so its nice when people bother to make sure they are being treated ok. I haven't seen them Kamila, but I am glad that you have inquired about them, sometimes its good not to "mind your own business" if the owner is a good one, then they won't mind being asked about there dogs.

  6. You could always ask Robert Elms on Notes and Queries day, good luck in your search:)

  8. I wouldn't think so, never seen one myself, but who knows
  9. Twirl, Galaxy and cadburys Giant Chocolate Buttons and fruit and nut and them small raspberry coconut bars in dark chocolate and dairy milk and cadburys cream eggs........... not necessarily in that order :'( problem, me sir no sir!
  10. My husband was walking the dogs in PRP this weekend and he was at the gate and bumped into a woman, he had a quick chat with her about the dogs, thought he knew her but couldn't remember where from, she is Clare Holman from "Lewis" she plays the doctor :) she was jogging.
  11. We have terrible trouble with our lawn :( Our gardens semi shaded and the lawn is either to wet or now to dry, we get weeds growing in it and its patchy, we have 2 dogs (bitches) we have re seeded it twice this year and its looking better, but not great. One of my friends is a landscape gardener and gave us a 1m square of fake grass to try out, it looks good from a distance, but I don't like it. Believe it or not, I actually like the whole mowing thing:)) I find it theraputic, so I would personally not have it. Any tips on re sewing our lawn would be greatly appreciated, it is working but sparsely, should we do it again and how? Or should we wait til the end of the growing season? Hope the feedback helps, thanks :))

  13. The gardeners will like it if you approach them and give them praise, they are probably used to getting complaints and its nice to get praise, I do it a lot:))
  14. I don't have one;-)
  15. Agreed, it looks gorgeous (tu)

  17. Narnia:)) Marmora Man, is it your road or just the road you live on? Anyway, seeing as I am of the "weaker sex" I find it better for me to go down Marmora, than attempt to pass all those lovely shops on the left on the way to Colyton, besides the fact I'd have to double back up Scutari to get to Marmora where I wanted to be in the first place. You could always buy the road and only those who live there or have good reason to be there could use it, just a thought>:D<
  18. When driving down from the top of Forest Hill Road toward Peckham Rye Park, I go through the traffic lights at Brenchly gardens and then turn right into Marmora Road. The lane go's from 2 to 1 just beyond the lights, so there's oncoming traffic, I am indicating and my car is positioned as close to the white line as it can be waiting to turn right, so why is it that I get bibbed, like I'm not supposed to be there? Have some sense, I can't pull in front of oncoming traffic for Gods sake (6)

I went to the Cotswolds recently and was amazed at the birds of prey above the M40, there was loads of them and they looked fabulous, thanks for letting me know what they were:)
  20. I think the only time for fireworks is 5th November, if we really have to. We have them several tmes a year for certain religeous festivals, 4th July, New Year, birthdays etc. I think they should be banned for sale to the public and only organised displays be allowed>:D
  21. Oh thats easy, more dogs, definately more dogs and my own private jet so they could come to Spain with us ad sit with us, not in the cargo area :))
  22. You can take the old Irish Setter off the list, he passed away :'(
  23. We had this happening on our road a while back, we thought we knew who the guy was, a neighbour (not one I know) followed him home to the next road to see where he lived, not sure what happened after that, but it seems to have stopped. As I have dogs, I was going out and picking up all this poo, sometimes about 10 piles of it in a long line, weren't my dogs, but couldn't leave it there, good luck, its horrid when these lazy gits don't pick up, gives all the good dog owners a bad name:'(
