    The Dog Control Orders Regulations 2006 empowers Local Authorities to make Dog Control Orders for: -Failing to remove dog faeces. -Not putting, and keeping, a dog on a lead when directed to do so by an authorised officer. -Permitting a dog to enter land from which dogs are excluded. -Taking more than a specified number of dogs onto land. -Not keeping a dog on the lead.

    Well If you had lived in the Bellenden Renewal area you may well have got a new front door, and Iron Railings from the Council . I think its about improving the local environment. The shops in Nunhead certainly look a lot better since their gentrification.

    My friend whisteleblew on a similar matter at a Local Authority Arts Centre Somewhere in the UK. Result nothing done and he was made redundant a few months later.

    Theres some good ones in Dulwich Village. Theres a sports club thats quite good. DOg Kennel Hill AP has a bonfire - BUT NO FIREWORKS.

    If your dog wasn't off lead in an area where leads are required then she cant complain. If the rules were enfored better then msybe those who dont wish to be sniffed or slobered on by dogs could just use the dog free/ lead only areas. Dog wardens and Licencing are the answer.

    No-one is proposing scrapping any buses. Unlike the huge loss made by retiring the bendy buses.

    Go to their flat with a clipboard. Tell them they may have won a prize and say you just need a few details .... Once they give their details give them an envelope contaning a lottery ticket.
