    Dont get me started! Even if the trains don't stop at any stations on the way and therefore leave passengers stranded they can get 100% reliability and punctuality. they should be measuring passengers arriving on time not trains!

    The banding is not based on sale prices but on an estimate of potential sales prices by estate Agents who were hired to do it. I have practical experience of this, When I was in Worlingham Road my house was banded a band too high as the valuers drove around and only looked at the end houses of the streets which just happened to be 2 bedrooms bigger. Go my house down one band by appealing.

    Phew this getting like Chines Whispers! FACTS! Council officials have told me that they met with the developers, raised a numbers of serious issues (which I believe were identified by residents and ward cllrs) and are awaiting the developer to resubmit their plans taking into account these issues. On this basis it probably wont go to committee until Nov/Dec at the earliest.

    Was it rejected or just withdrawn? pretty sensible to withdraw and modify to try and get any sensible/ addressible objections on board. Same thing happened with Harris Boys.
