This will probably get Lunged but... I was updating my Garmin Sat nav and noticed a CSV file on it. In it are records of all my long journeys for the last 2 years. I don't remember asking for this or being told about it but it seems you can spy on someone by looking at their SAT NAV!

I said area NOT Road. To me an area would be more than one road. Maybe I'm wrong. So if you can see several roads around you or as you drive you are likely to be in a 20PMH Zone.

So no pubs to close at 11 when then?

HANDY TIP:! 20 mph zones are only allowed if some means of restraining the car are installed eg chicanes or humps because the old Bill wont enforce. So if you are in a humpy area it is likely to be a 20 Limit.(Or Harry's Hotel! :-) )

I too abide by the limit- Idiots behind may not want to but they are forced to! A child jumped out in front of me on Crystal Palace Road, As I was doing less than 20 he was fine - bounced off the car. Car wasnt fine but the most important thing. If I was dong 30 he would be dead or injured. Ofcourse the parents started all the we want compo crap but I said we are all very lucky he is ok. They dropped it. Oh yeah they also wondered why I didn't bring him home. Windscreen was smashed and car undriveable!
