We moved house recently and now have a pond in the back garden. The water is looking really dirty and I think it needs to be completely drained, cleaned and filled with new water. There's also an electric pump attached to a running water feature which has stopped working. If anyone has any recommendations for someone who can do this kind of work, please let me know - I've been really struggling to find anyone!

Recommendation for floor sanding - Back to Wood
garysavage replied to Clare C's topic in Request a Tradesperson
Sorry, only just spotted this! Here's a pic of our new bedroom floor. Sadly I don't have a "before" photo, but the floorboards were covered in some very tired, cream-coloured paint, so we're very pleased with the results. So much so that Steve is coming back to do our spare room later this month! Hi everyone, I recently removed a big fitted wardrobe from my bedroom, which has left a gap in the skirting board and dado rail of about 18 feet. It's original skirting/dado that is no longer available to buy "off the shelf", so I need someone to replicate it for me. I took a sample into a local timber merchant recently, who unfortunately lost it (!) so I'm now looking for someone else who can replicate the skirting and dado. Does anyone have any recommendations? Cheers!
