Yes all the local Fusion leisure centers run them. Probably best to call the centers. -

What has happened to the Palmeston!?
missyelliott replied to martboy's topic in Request a Tradesperson
After reading comments we nearly didn't go to The Palmeston last night. Glad we did as it was excellent, as it always has been in my experience. Lovely food and the same good service. Didn't notice a drop in standards at all. -
It does but do you know if they would cover our area? It's not included in their list X

Hello I am looking to return to work in September after my second daughter turns one. Before having my first daughter I was a Head of digital sales. Unfortunately (or fortunately as it worked out for me) this role was made redundant whilst I was on mat leave nearly 3 years ago. I am now looking for a new job but only want to work part time. The ideal would be a job share but I know they are hard to come by. Just thought I would find out if there was any one in a similar situation that would be interested in a job share or who knew of a relevant job share. Thanks Catherine

Recommendation for Maurice the Plumber
missyelliott replied to bsand's topic in Request a Tradesperson
Totally agree with the other recommendations. Maurice is a great friendly plumber. Called him on Sunday and he came the next day. Reasonable rates. Fixed the job and was very tidy. You can't really ask for me. -

Train journey times from ED to LB
missyelliott replied to missyelliott's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Yep rubbish here too. Train terminated at queens road peckham! -
Just noticed that according to national rail timetables, it seems it will now take up to 19 minutes to go from East Dulwich to London Bridge. There are a handful through the day that take 12 mins but most now take at least 16 and often 19 mins.

Cotswolds with toddler - any recommendations please?
missyelliott replied to devsdev's topic in The Family Room Discussion
We stayed here last month. http://www.thegranarylovettswood.co.uk/ We had a 2 year old and a 6 week old baby. They had so much baby equipment for both ie. moses basket, cot, toys, pram, high chair etc. Great location for days out and plenty to do on the farm as it had a great garden with a slide and other outdoor toys. Rose and Farmer John own the cottage and were brilliant. It's a working farm so we had a tour of the farm and watched the cows being milked. If you do contact them please say that I recommended them (Catherine Frusher) Please PM me if you have any other questions Thankyou Catherine -
Probably a bit late now but I just sterilised ours using Milton tablets x

Also recently used Matthew and his team. They did a great job of decorating my hall snd staircase. Would definitely reccomemd them. Unlike some tradesman they actually communicate to you and keep to their word. Reasonably priced too. Thanks

What do you look for in a holiday let?
missyelliott replied to ClareC's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Have a look at the site for Baby Bolt holes. Some of their places are a bit pricey but they have great baby/toddler facilities. The site may give you some good ideas. Most properties also have recommended baby sitters attached to them. Something to consider? X -
