So for example "Well, I tend to have high expectations of myself and other people, so I can get a bit annoyed with someone who doesn't meet deadlines even when they've been reminded." That's not a very good example, and you'd have to tailor it to yourself, but you see the principle. I've used it in the past and got the job :))

My rusty French not being up to the translation, I have unilaterally translated it as "hot to trot". :) Edited to say: "Pretty to foot" can't be right, so it must be some expression I know not of :) Edited again to say: That's trotting in the pigs' trotter sense, of course, just in case anybody thought I meant anything else :))
