  1. Oh PGC, you're so cynical. I think we've done better than I'd expected. Good on Bopara.
  2. Well PGC, that's an interesting question. I think we'll collapse after lunch - what do you think?
  3. so missed the last page - pass me by
  4. Oh well done Man U last night - my new bestest team. [not sure how long I can keep this up] MicMack - a double scotch at the next EDF drinks says Rangers win? Good luck Chelsea - many happy memories in the Shed.
  5. I'm thrilled about the turtles! I've only seen one at a time. We could have a whole troop of Ninjas. Well done that lad.
  6. Please precis it - too long to read.
  7. Welcome to Utopia.
  8. Gardeners' entrance is to the right of the fountain entrance (when you are facing it) Lots of temp buildings. There is a gap in the fence on the rhs.
  9. I used chicken wire round a tree to stop my hapless kittens climbing up - they could get up ok then got stuc. You can get it at any hardware store.
  10. Eliza.D are you out of your mind? "Billy don't be a hero" is so bad it's a classic. (And I know all the words!)
  11. There is ingress to Peckham Rye Park through the fence opposite the new school or by the gardeners' entrance. All unofficial of course.
  12. Well done UP. Rather than make poor Admin work harder for us by setting up a separate room, it might be sensible if Sainsburys Management logged on in the manner of the sainted SMBJones and took direct queries/complaints, sort them out and respond.
  13. Quids, I think the flue pandemic is due to the resurgence of natural fires over increasing oil/gas prices.
  14. What, even Jose Feliciano?
  15. Two new coot chicks this morning - don't know how long they'll last. And the irises round the lake are beautiful. Most stunning of all for me though is the smell of May blossom as one wanders round the park.
  16. Darling giggirl, I think it would be so rude not to go. To spare your blushes I am willing, at great personal cost, to go and dine with Stephen Fry.
  17. Wow that sounds cool - I suppose there's a more interesting selection of flowers in a small area than anywhere else round here.
  18. Well if we've got on to name dropping, I've washed up with Gary Oldman.
  19. Local Councillor Xenophobic Probe
  20. Al be with you in Apple Blossom Time - The Andrews Sisters
  21. I'll see your school choir and raise you. My daughter and I are in the crowd singing for Millwall's 2004 FA Cup song release. We had to sing the clean lyrics for publication.
  22. I'm sorry to hold you up BB - it's a reflex action when someone up their arse is behind me.
