I have had 3 DVDs from love film, one set of photos, and bills and card statements not through. I have received a reminder for my utility bill...and I have still not yet received the actual bill. This has been WEEKS since I know some of these went out (we're talking late december) and I'm quite frankly, appalled.

it was not melting where i was...but then the snow there was the only place it seems there was any snow left..before it snowed again last night!!!

Trains still slow. Finally made it into work on 11:44 train which was delayed until about 12:20 (next train is cancelled, the rest simply show delayed). I was waiting at the station for quite some while. I'm hoping it will improve by this evening.

My train last night was fine, arrived on time and left on time (give a few minutes, say 3 minutes late).

I can't imagine there would be too much trouble with the trains apart from a few cancelled ones and a few delayed ones...

Loads of missing post too. And lots of missing parcels. And missing DVDS from Love film- I complained a few times and they arrived- open (after nearly 3 months "lost"). I reckon someone took them home to watch.

Is it still snowing out there?
