  1. I thought you had to have means to dispose of poo, ie that if a dog poo warden saw you without means to pick it up it meants that you won't be so gives a fine. I think thats the way it is in belfast because anytime I walk my sisters dog I am well warned not to forget a bag even though she (the dog) doesnt go anywhere but her own back garden. The bag is never required but it is felt that I have to be able to show that I have the ability to clean up if necessary.
  2. I have a very lovely houseguest but when he goes for a shit, he doesnt use the toilet brush after and its messy! he is going to be here for a month so dont want to have to carry on scrubbing it all the time. Men! only joking, dont start off on the men/women thing ok?!
  3. has anyone read up on the republican candidates? scarey lot. can we send america to coventry? to be honest they are all stir crazy over the water there so it makes not a blind bit of difference who gets in as its the big corporates who make the rules. morrissey will be pleased if hilary or barack gets in though as he has a song about how america not having had a black or female (or gay but how knows maybe) president, although then he wont be able to sing the song so might be peeved
  4. i like my one regret in life is not being born someone else i think thats it, and by woody allen also you cant tolerate intolerance in the name of tolerance by yasmin ali brown
  5. mmm I might go myself as I am a complete cheapo when it comes to hair. I had found one of those old lady hairdressers in belfast that had a young un workin in there and i could get a cut and half head hightlights for 35 quid! At least 120 here. Ive gone au naturale now funnily enough.
  6. sorry for askin stupid questions didnt notice the last page re question mark over it being screened etc and didnt mean to get at you maximay hadnt read you post apologising. Hope things look up.
  7. " think the mum joke went out about 3 years ago. Not difficult to do the research, been on Kilroy boasting, been on Soho Stories, been on British sex, please feel free to check up on the internet, wasn't that hard to find it all, go on prove me wrong then if I'm talking Crap, and thats even before mentioning the newspapers!" Gosh gettin all a bit high and mighty arent we! Maybe she had to do it all for her kids to make ends meet. Do you think it would be better if chav stayed indoors beatin herself up about how life's twists and turns panned out for her? Chav has beaten all the odds to get where she is havin got a degree etc and if she was a hooker in her past then is she not the person best qualified to debate on it? I cant say my views are particularly original or insightful so am not going to have an open debate about it, therefore I think chav is certainly better placed to do it than me for example. Good luck chav, hope it goes well. When does it air?
  8. we were walking past the hairdressers not long after the cut and he was pointing out the hottie to me, like I'm gonna be appreciating her? At first I didnt realise that he was telling me there is the hottie so I am busy gawking into the hairdressers wondering what I am looking for and the girl inside was wondering why the weirdo from last week had brought his girlfriend down to be weird too! heheh walked on pretty quick once I realised. (she has big boobs apparantly which is the only qualification required to be a hottie in azul's books?, it was the most expensive haircut he has ever had - 30 quid for a man's haircut, extortionate! The cut wasnt bad I have to admit though. although it wasnt the hottie that did it.
  9. god and there was me thinking he was a storage consultant and that I finally understood what the heck he did. my toilet wall makes more sense now!
  10. not just ticket touts but extortionate fees slapped on my ticketmaster the like. Makes my blood boil. I want to walk in to golden discs and buy the tickets for the gig without fee's but you can't any more. Ok ok I know it is more handy to buy online but bloody hell the fees are astronomical.

  12. The kebab shop at the bottom of lordship lane has a back room with a bar open until god knows when. Not a pick on the marathon kebab shop in camden though which has music/musicians too and you can just order drinks when you want them. The kebab shop here you have to pay a set fee in and you get tokens for booze. Its well dodgy though but if drunk enough I have gone in. Usually regret it though. all sorts of wheelin and dealin go on and being terribly naive was very shocked hehehe
  13. ive a cousin who got one for something or other, she's a doctor. she never mentions it and I only know because her mum told my mum but in general they havent told anyone, she got it for doing a job she loves and for doing good. She accepted because she couldnt see why not but neither does she boast about it. I do think celebrity obe's etc cheapen them though. They just hand them out to those who are either still around or because they cant think of anyone else to give one to who is famous. Your average person wont read the paper of the awards list if its just given to ordinary folk so they have to keep them in the public eye by giving them to pointless twats like football personalities etc.
  14. whats the peckham rye one oclock club? I'm intrigued

Quickly caught on that I as paying a helluva lot for water when I first moved to the big smoke. only been in uplands once and it was fairly empty, the coffee was not too bad for a pub, wasnt in boozin at the time

  17. I am trying to give up coffee (gives me palpitations) but I love it and need to stop but my brain doesnt function without it even though I only drink one a day. Started drinking coffee to enable me to give up diet coke so dont want to go back down that road. any help. are there coffee patches? hehe

  20. hi hon procrastinating, hate filling in application forms. kitties are going mental
  21. accept it and then when she comes up to you, give her a giant hug and say "alright missus?" loudly with a huge cheesey grin. I dare ya. weirdly coming from a republican village in norn iron, my mum has always been very pro-monarchy and reads all the tripe about Diana avidly and so have been brought up to feel benevolently towards them and cant quite stop the feeling. Brainwashed I know. Oh just accept it, you know you want to or you wouldnt have brought it up. Its like charity, its no good if you tell anyone youve done it, so no point turning it down if you are going to tell all and sundry you were offered it, basically the same as accepting it that.
  22. Brendan my majesty, (that doesnt sound right, what do you call an irish king? "feckin edjiit"?) you going to the forum night out so I can buy my king a pint? heheheh sadly I have nothing remotely unique to add about myself. I did once say in a new job and we were having an enforced circle thing where everyone had to stand up and introduce themselves and my thing that I was talented at was Ironing. heheh couldnt think of anything at the time because I found it all so banal. Everyone thought I was a right weirdo for a while after that.
