  1. "Sell out" - I presume you mean compromise, acting like adults, that sort of thing. What utter nonsense, yer right massive financial crises, all out on the streets, ED shops dead. What planet are you living on. Brown lived up to his promise, an end to boom and bust , he proved it because the people felt it and they voted with not a boom and bust government like the last 3 cycles but a hung parliment. He ended Boom and Bust in both finanacial terms and Political terms. Basically the banks profits got it and the rich who feed of them got it too...the people in the street to a large extent got protected, the first time in a very long time. 1.758.000 million tracker mortgages now paying interest at 0%, and owned by 578000 individuals, mostly landlords. This stopped them dumping their properties on the market triggering a house price crash, also allowed them to lower rents considerably from their peaks and still be in profit. And that from massive pressure from government to bring that base rate down. Thats fact mickey Papadopolis, hey make sure you peel that Orange away to reveal Eton Blue.
  2. i think surely the biggest cock ?
  3. Yes we have been listening and fortunately the budget has been securely ring fenced, tight as a nuns ......hat
  4. I think they did . With Labour in charge of the council it looks the 14million earmarked for the Nunhead regeneration will land in a matter of months now. Finally fiona colley and all the other peckham rye and nunhead councillors can deliver on their promises and release the funds blocked time and time again by the previous liberal executive. Can't wait to take an evening stroll down to Nunhead Village !
  5. Sad ! You must be joking, watch your liberally funded ???? turn to pence. No more bendy lampposts and more funding and support for the new Harris academy, great news.
  6. How were the midgets ? Cheap ? Usually half price or two for one !
  7. How did they manage to turn a pop idol start into such a disaster in the local area. I suppose you would trade it for political influence so maybe they did not do so bad.
  8. he ho hi di hi hoopla to you too , you obviously Know less than how to type wik waky pedia into your PC. Polemics is derived from the Greek word Polemikos; a favoured debating technique practised by Greek chatterboxes in robes. Now run off and take that silly orange triangle down off your fence, or better still paint it blue. And don't ask me to explain the polemics connection to you either.
  9. I am sure you can find a couple of midget gems in singapore, try the Geylang district.
  10. it did not go wrong for greek civilisation, they invented anarchy , so let the Greeks be Greek, and let the contagion spread. free bus rides soon i can almost taste it.
  11. Everest is covered in them, loads of Brits died up there, you should see the state of some of the memorials , dreadful. so how long is a memorial allowed to stay ? a long bleeding time. and this ...worth logging on for once i would say "I'd take a look at your relationship if you and the wife are spending your weekends discussing removing memorial flowers on a lampost." post of the millennium.
  12. So there you go those orange libs were conservative blue underneath all along ! Well done folks .
  13. Oh er B&Q , easy to steal plus I needed some screws for my SKY dish. I can not believe this Red Hot and Dutch election special, what ever happened to the Earth Mother tribe, now there was a militant bunch.
  14. Certainly not drunk, but definitely high on the fumes from defacing all those Lib Dem posters all night long with my trusty militant spray can !! Vote Green today Blue Tomorrow , up the Ghurkas ..or is that workers ??

    Scum vs Scum

That just happened to my friend over in nunhead , he was defacing one of those liberal triangles with a spray can , when he was set upon by around 11 lib councillors. They leaped out of one of those electric G Whiz cars and bashed him badly , he was hit repeatedly with rubber sandals and had what the hospital think was an organic rye and dandelion flute jammed up his backside! When the police finally arrived they found him lashed to a giant triangle and sprayed orange. Poor fellow he's up at kings now , Cleggs heavy mob no doubt.
  16. Eek sorry , was out with the workers party of ilderton road, they made me do it !
  17. The whole of greece is uprising against the capitalist dynasty, and the british mouthpiece that is the bbc struggles to play the event down just in case it kicks of over here. Its unbelievable we live in a police state wake up people.
  18. You wait till the new liberal Democratic Parties Harris Boys school project opens in East Dulwich, Peckham Rye Park will be awash with teenagers and drugs. I notice the FOPR are trying to get the schoolchildren barred from walking through the park, i think they are proposing a tag in the school uniforms that will sound a buzzer on the gates around the parks perimiter.
  19. Hi KD , do not waste your time Huge Nought and ???? stretcher are corridor prefects and have a odd smell of biscuits about them. The Liberal Democratic party are the party of Little Britain, basically the BNP masked behind some gutless yellow livery. There politics are that of the student classes and sadly enough it will be more of the same for the electorate if they get any real power in Westminster. I notice the post in the main section where DavidH critised the local MP and got deleted by Admin, i made a comment about the flowers thread and the 2 people killed in the Peckham Rye ward and got deleted and i think blocked from posting. Sadly this forum is beginning to remind of my of the ridiculous leaflets that get posted through are doors, while they all bleat about being green.
  20. Wow these are a brilliant idea. inspired.
  21. There are a lot of flowers on the lamposts in the 'Peckham Rye Ward'. There was yet another accident on Peckham Rye road on the otherside of the common only yesterday, 2 ambulances and a bike rider floored, ( not sure of outcome ). But hey all the new roads and zebra crossings on your side of the ward look great James. I suppose it's that 'new kind of politics' that your party leaders are talking about. Starve the electorate of funding until they come round to your way of thinking. Lots of orange popping up over here so the ward could be yours, worth a few deaths I suppose.
  22. Thank god you squatted it this year, otherwise you would have found it far more difficult to live there.
  23. well whoever it is , was , could be, what you are saying is that everyone gets moved to certain sections unless you are currently elected? I think that you finally and thankfully have answered my question, so for that i thank you. The rules as far as i understand it that are applied at the BBC are that during an election campaign all political parties should be on an equal footing in terms of exposure, we did not tune into BBC1 to watch Gordon and then BBC2 to see David C and then BBC3 to see Nick Clegg ! The rules here are different and that is all i was wondering. So thanks. Beating dust of carpet with large stick and not looking amused face !
  24. Thanks James, but it did seem rather throw away - 10.000 london males vs ......god knows how many from another country. As for the other stuff its ok throwing out figures but i think the focus on regeneration in certain areas is clear to see. I wonder if that fence that went up on the green then vanished could have been money better spent. But then again hindsight is a marvelous thing. My comment on the forum was only made because i noticed that the Labour Councillor thread was moved here, out of the ED section and i wondered why. as for 'The reasons for the withdrawal of budget of the Livesey were fully documented, and subjected to a vote at council. The budgets were redistributed to other higher priority projects, not champagne and caviar." thats surely is the point, i think it is a council alliance and the livesey is not in an alliance owned ward ! all transparent and documented but also i am afraid 'age old' tribal politics and certainly not politics of a new kind. As Nick Clegg's party have never been in power you can only judge them on what you see in front of you. They have got a fantastic new school opened in Dulwich/Peckham Rye and no doubt lot's of other great stuff and they are on board with Greenpeace's idea of scrapping trident so that's great too. No doubt when councillors are re-elected there will be Champagne and Caviar so if you get invited Huguenot enjoy yourself ! Smiley face with tongue stuck out and smeared lipstick.
