Apparently they get sent to Morocco for 2 days to haggle and buy merchandise in the souk

The good thing about the train is that if there is an annoying person near you talking on the phone or has the ipod turned up way too high you only have to suffer it for 10 mins or so. whereas suffering it for 45 mins on the bus is just too much.

I get the 8.15 every morning and always get a seat. The trick is to walk down the platform to the last two carriages and get on there.

Voting hours are a nuisance - if you don't get up early to vote in the morning you have to make sure you don't go out after work and get back to ED by 10pm - postal voting is good IMO. Don't know why we can't have voting on Sundays like they do in Europe when people are not working all day.

Votematch got my choices right too and I have already used my postal vote!

Keef - can't understand why you are nervous about thursdays vote - I would have thought you had more important things to be nervous about i.e. a certain football match on wednesday night!

I noticed two rubbish bins - one by the ticket office and one by the entrance to London Bridge bound trains. Why can't people put their rubbish in these?
