When you head for lunch in the afternoon or at work on Monday, you can talk about the ride, the park, the stories and the famous blue plaques you have cycled by too. And, all for FREE! This group, as with the Saturday fitness group (on the RYE) is a totally voluntary run project with zero funding and has been since 2007 when this great idea came to me as a fun concept. These are easy going slow rides with you back home by midday on average. All you need is: * high viz top + helment * basic tools in case of a puncture etc * change for a tea / coffee & snack at the park caf? * motivation and a bag of fun too! Best! McCabe

If you are not part of the Saturday group, please go to www.AHM-go.com, copy the health form and paste into [email protected] The group is made up of varied abilities and ages, while working in small sections of 300m's so the faster ones are able to circle back to the last one enabling the group to remain together. Warm-up: Zebra to the oval gardens, two laps around and stretch outside on the path or grass if dry. 2. Stretch: The usual 3 leg stretches. 3. 21. Nay bother, Sam, Tom, mum and you will have a super time :-) 2 FREE personal training sessions first, Dulwich Park or on the Rye as a group. Adductors (inside of the thigh) and Abductors on the outside will need conditioning prior the events. These are sabilisation muscle sets, allowing the Quads and Hams to transfer forwards. I'm a former SAS, triathlete coach from Imperial College, London and leading forensic scientist. Cycle training is evil with me, nay back off but you will be faster than others - totally trust McCabe. Can of tuna and a can of beans before the ride or event (complex carbs and a protein breakdown - re-breaks to carbs). Hurt before the event, on the bike make sure your leg extention is 95% - the final kick is your strongest. Want some fun? - gentle ride to the Caterham 5-ways roundabout - A22 to the M25 roundabout and back (c.2.5-miles each way). Arse out of the seat on the hills. Hi Vis and defo flashing lights with new batteries - I used recharge. If you can't climb each of the two hills each way then give up now! MS, Neuro, Sickle Cell, remission etc...... I will work you harder. McCabe
