  1. Hi, another endorsement for Rick and his brother. Rick was originally booked for a small job in the new house we moved to on Saturday, however throughout the day inherited problem plumbing started to show itself. Nothing was an issue for Rick and he sorted everything quickly and competitively! Would definitely recommend Rick to all on the EDF looking for a plumber.
  2. Hi Can anyone recommend a local and competitively priced conveyancing firm? I would prefer to keep my business local, rather than being force fed the usual conveyancers by the larger estate agents. Thank you in advance.
  3. Morning all, Does anyone know about hte state of the trains and buses this morning?

One thing I really appreciate is how helpful rail/bus/transport staff are at times like this. Out in the cold, dealing with everyone questions, accommodating extra paengers on buses, as well as listening to those moaners who fail to realise that it's not their fault their train can't run etc... well done to all of them.

  6. Indiepanda, thanks for sharing that with us. Really interesting to see your reasons for the whole kids thing. I was thinking, out of those who have said they don't want kinds, is it because of you own experience with your parents? Or do you feel that has nothing to do with your decision at all?
  7. I've just seen that annoying cow Charley from BB8 outside The Black Cherry! I'm ringing Foxtons first thing Monday!!!
  8. The odds are you parked there to be nearer the station....otherwise friends you were visting would have given you a guest permit? Just walk or get the bus to the station! It's a quiet sreet and doesn't need turning into an NCP car park for those who can't bear the thought of walking for ten minutes.(Yes i live there) I don't agree with the methods of parking companies, but its a necessary evil for the residents of Hayes Grove.
