I've had it for a few years and haven't had any problems with it. I like the functionality of the box and it was really easy to set up. I have however just downgraded to the most basic package (Freeview + catch-up) because I wasn't using the on-demand content much (I can still watch on-demand content on a pay-as-you-go basis). I'd like to see a better selection of US box-set dramas before I consider upgrading again. I went on Saturday. Nice to see it busy with lots of enticing new books on display, but presumably there isn't enough study space as there were people sitting on the floor between the bookshelves which put me off browsing.
