I've had it for a few years and haven't had any problems with it. I like the functionality of the box and it was really easy to set up. I have however just downgraded to the most basic package (Freeview + catch-up) because I wasn't using the on-demand content much (I can still watch on-demand content on a pay-as-you-go basis).
