If you pre-book tickets, the email you get is your ticket so you can print it out or just show it on your phone. I didn't realise that, so queued up to get my tickets printed, but there's no need to do that. You live and learn!
  2. Anyway, ignoring the usual negativity that crops up in these sort of threads, getting back on topic - anyone know anything credible about what's going on?

  4. Mackintosh? Is it going to be an Apple Store? :D
  5. How about just a clue? Is it a shop/restaurant/cafe? :)
  6. Burro e Salvia looks cool. I didn't know about that. I'd definitely be interested to hear any info about what the ED Deli is becoming - it's a fair amount of space in a prime location.
  7. ...that's what the sign says above the place where Boho was. Anyone know anything about it?
  8. Another recommendation from me. I called Danny yesterday as I've had an issue with a loud whining noise occurring after I flush the toilet. He came round this morning and fitted the new part. Charged a good price too. His number is 07879 220 447.
  9. Been there a couple of times - good food, big portions and an amazing beer selection. I'd definitely recommend it.
  10. Best pizza I've had in some time - this is the Brixon branch mind. Not heard such good things about the Westfield one.

    The Patch

Round 1 to *Bob*. No contest. If the fox can work out the difference between a set menu and a la carte maybe he'll be able to come back in round 2! :)
  12. Opening the old footbridge and stairs will make some difference to getting down to the platform once you're through gates. It can get pretty busy if a train has just come in and people are on their way up to the exit. I'm presuming there are no plans for more gates in the old entrance? Unless that happens, there is going to be a constant bottle neck in the new entrance at peak times. Great job network rail!...not...
  13. Menu looks good. Not sure what they're doing with their website though. Either have a holding page or the fully finished website. At the moment it's a horrible looking work in progress. Doesn't give out the best impression!
  14. I've yet to see it in the flesh, but I'd be walking past it most days and I'm all for this sort of art (I do see it as that rather than graffiti but I guess it's subjective!) I like the look of it from the photos.

I had a Lib Dem person canvasing on my doorstep a couple of weeks back and they told me the new cinema had been secured, but I didn't think that was the case as yet?
  16. Anyone know the phone number for Sorsi & Morsi? Want to bag a table in the terrace for tonight.
  17. This would be great news if it happens. I've never been inside the place - would it probably be a single screen cinema?

  19. ElmGrove Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Collard greens aren't grown in this country. OK, if you're going to be pedantic, spring greens with the same other ingredients that go into the US collard greens recipe.
