So drop the comments about a store like > Moxon's being a chain store for your own sake! you,re the muppet mate if you are unable to see my post was tongue in cheek, but then again reading through some of your old posts and comments i came to that conclusion a long time ago.
  5. moxons of shepherds bush and clapham, sounds almost like a chain to me i thought we wernt allowed chains on lordship lane as it would lower the tone of the area, obviously a case of if the face fits etc.....
  6. ahhh the penthouse i almost feel a tear coming on at the thought of all the nights i spent there mispending my youth.chock a block full of young students and nurses myself included.the nights spent eyeing up the talent, laughing at the macho students trying to impress by attempting the yard of ale to the theme from hawaii 5 0,the nights when they had the free beer promotions not that it was expensive to buy in the first place, great groups and disco nights and of course the fantastic views of the rooftops of camberwell and walworth.and if you were still up for more after all that it was onto the kebab shop at the corner of denmark hill/camberwell green. ahh the joys of being kid and mortage free.
  7. its a bit out of the way and thats the prob but you would have to stick the clockhouse in there somewhere espically in the summer.
  8. the last i heard of dulwich paradiso it was showing films in thomas more hall but thats a while ago i had no idea it was still running.however it tended to be a rep society so if it was the latest blockbusters you were after it was a nogo, still the few times i went it had some good stuff like betty blue etc, plus you could have a drink and a fag.infact just like being at home.
  9. bit of a daft idea really thinking of pedestrianising lsl, where would the traffic go down barry road or through the village,as for trying to get buses up and down minor roads never mind artics total no go,the amount of times i have wasted hugh tracts of my life sitting on a 37 in melbourne grove alone suggests it should never happen.
  10. you went to kebab and wine for a late drink, yilmaz was were you went to powder your nose
  11. all this talk about a pizza/pasta restaurant has made me hungry,is hannas on east dulwich road still open
