"never going to be as bad as bad as Turkey", please expand on your statement, I'm not sure what you mean. Turkey as far as terrorist atrocicities are concerned are no worse or better off than here, are saying that thier police force is also as guilty the UK police of screwing up?

I've been subscribing to Sentanta for two months and saw the Sunderland game, and am looking forward to the Reading game. For ?9.99 I've seen the Calzaghe fight and a couple of decent games, so it's not all bad. Certainly better vlaue than the overpriced Sky packages.

Yet another dull as ditch water offering on Setanta last night, The Man city V Sunderland game was a yawn from start to finish.

I was glad to come, and I'll be sad to go, but while I was here I had me a real good time!!! -
Jah, please don't refer to him as Sir, it's most disconcerting, just call him Ferguson, that's more than sufficient. After all, someone that calls the ref an effing cheat and is caught on camera doing so, hardly deserves to be a Knight of the Realm. ;-)

Fergusmoan as he is affectionately known to us gooners is a funny guy, don't you think. Well he makes me smile!! Stop the press......................Visiting manager abused by home fans...................Disgarceful, call out the riot squad and gas the bastards. That'll teach 'em to give fergusmoan more respect. Strangely, his number two was very complimenatry about us, our staduim, our style of football, etc. Clearly Fergusmoan is going the way of dear old Bobby Robson, and is losing his marbles. Time to ship him off to the nursing home

To be honest I really can't understand the "angry" tag re the Liverpool game yesterday. I was simply stating an honest opinion, which I stand by, That on yersterdays performance they have as much chance of winning the title as I have of becoming pope. I am at a bit of loss to understand how that can be deemed to be angry in tone. If I'd been effing and blinding, then fair play, but I don't understand the reaction quite honestly. Maybe it's just me.

I wasn't being smug about the Arse, simply stating my opinion on what I witnessed on Sunday, namely Blackburn V Liverpool. I have no interest in Manure or CSKA Fulham, and as for whether Terry or that moron Ferdinand have ever represnted their clubs in a CPL final, I couldn't care less. Blacburn v Liverpool was a rubbish game, that's all ( or is someone going to say different). And based on what I saw, I don't think Liverpool can win the League. How is that Boasting or being smug?? Some football fans are very weird!!! I'm proud of my team, as most fans are, is that also being smug and boastful??

The what if thing is bollocks. Just like the time they gunned down a drunken guy who was armed with a chair leg. Remember that one? Was he also deemed to be a terrorist? If these guys are professioanl sharpshooters, which I'm sure they must be, how come they didn't shoot to disable him? Again, the police screwed up royally by shooting dead a guy who had too much to drink. Watch yourslef on a night out in case the boys in blue think you are behaving suspicously and decide to take you out because you might be a threat to society, when all you've done is have too much to drink. Scary eh!!!

After watching Liverpools play live yesterday, I can only say they have got about as much chance of winning the title as I have of becoming Pope. In a nutshell, no chance. The game was as dull as ditch water, with the witless Carragher having a go at Mascherano, who is 100% better player than Carragher. I'm glad Mascherano told him where to go.

They had no choice but to fire - sorry, but they did have a choice and it was the wrong one. And the "what if" argument doesn't wash. This kind of approach leaves the way open for this sorry episode to repeat itself, on the basis that the suspect looked nervous, is suspected of being a terrorist, is giving the police nasty looks, doesn't dress as the police would like, is the wrong colour, where does it stop. The police screwed up royally, and that pratt Blair should have enough balls to step down. Jesus, the buck stops with hima and rightly so. Lets not lose sight of the fact that a human being lost his life on the grounds of "what if he had been a terrorist". He wasn't, END OF STORY.
