A1 Chimney Sweeps - Great local chimney sweep recommendation

Just employed Mick and his colleague to verify the integrity of two chimney breasts, sweep two chimneys and fit one high top and one flue vent. Mick took care to: explain everything carefully, advise which chimneys should or shouldn’t be used, and keep the surrounding rooms as soot free as possible. Child’s small black mountain warehouse rucksack containing 3 kids green camouflage walkie talkies, an orange rubber Nerf Aero Howler and various balls. Mislaid between Heber Road and Dulwich Park, via Crystal Palace Road. We’d love to get it back. -

At 2pm, outside my property while I ran inside for something. In 30 seconds the thief vanished with my bike. If anyone spies it, it is a mid/dark grey Giant, Hybrid Roam with chunky mountain bike tyres. It has a very distinguishable ?ladies? seat - black and oval shaped and a strong black combination code lock. No bike rack. I miss it as I use it so much. Any information would be gratefully received.

Greg has just finished painting the exterior of 3 sash Windows. He prepared all the wood work and masonry very thoroughly, replacing putty and sealant only where it was required, and clearly explained what was required. He worked hard and carefully to ensure a good, thorough finish and was happy to do some DIY jobs while the paint was drying. I would be happy to recommend his painting/decorating and 'handyman' skills and hope to be able to employ him again.

Today after 2.30pm, somewhere between Martin's Newsagent in Dulwich Village and Heber Road. Probably dropped in Townley Rd. It is square and Made of cream Cath Kidston material with pinkish flowers.
