Hi Wondering if there is a decent garage specialising in mechanical issues for these? Main dealerships apart from the cost are hard to book and not close. Or would any local garage have the know how to fix / fault find on newer models? Cheers

Was some repair work supposed to be happenening to the rye or did I get wrong end of stick? I?ve just buggered my knee after tripping on a tractor rut left there. Should have been more careful obviously but it reminded me of this thread.. I guess the whole area looks aweful still due to the heatwave?

Hi, New years Hobby swap - Cycling for kitesurfing Does anyone know of a club round here that cycles sat or sun and is suitable for slower riders? I don't yet have a proper road bike just my trusty hybrid. Have done a couple of ~20 mile rides recently but on my own it's pretty boring. Thanks !

There was a mobile camera car pointing at the junction from the peckham rye side of forest hill road for weeks although haven't seen it recently. Not sure why it was positioned there though as nearly all the light jumping I've seen is from ED road?? I wonder if the camera car was there just to record the problem, as it obviously wouldn't get number plates for issuing fines... seems a bit stupid

I think previous offences should be taken into consideration when deciding someone's guilt sometimes. Is the rule of keeping the jury in the dark about previous convictions applied to all cases always? Can't a probability matrix be created, and thresholds set whereby you are prosecuted or not by numbers? Different thresholds for different crimes? There is still miscarriage of justice even with this rule of no previous to be mentioned in place so the idea that an innocent person may be convicted is not new - just formalise it.
