Do you have Avast and/or have you installed it since you last used IE? I know there have been problems with IE10 and Avast - that the latter prevents it from running and/or updating - could be that - Google it and you'll see lots of stuff listed which might ring a bell for you.

I enjoyed it; didn't think it was too emotionally manipulative or a sob story - came across as honest and open. Good strong format - just him talking to camera - hope they do a lot more of these with others.

Hopkins whole deal has been like watching a child punch a kitten then, after getting wildly enthusiastic support from her parents/tv co.s goes on the stick the nut on a baby seal in the hope of more approval/cash. I suspect they'll tire of her soon and to avoid a lifetime of "Weren't you that bitch who...?" she'll attempt a reality tv-style rehab/makeover or perhaps even a tragic alcoholic decline then a Sunday serialisation of her depression and how TV producers made her say stuff... then a year or two on Loose Women before her next book...etc...etc

I know they didn't have to do a lot but Bayern bored the arse off me. In Pep's image (including the sneaky fouls and the diving in the box) they ticky-tacky-ed the ball to death with Robben doing his "Let's all slow down" act every time they got the ball. It might make a change to see an Arsenal game where it's pass and pass and pass and sideways pass and pass and wait and pass and possession and pass and back and pass and just as you're nodding off you realise not only have they barely moved forward and not only have they not had a shot on goal but it isn't even Arsenal doing it - but if this is how they are to play in future I think BM have lost their verve. Maybe BFS could liven them up... (I really have got to stop flogging that equine corpse)

I have some friends who had problems with dropbox (although that was with a paid dropbox a/c) - no matter what they deleted it was always kept stored on their devices (sent from where it is stored on dbx's cloud) and whenever they deleted stuff dropbox put it back as soon as they synched with the devices again. Had to end a/c and uninstall the swines in the end.

Least favourite? Cresta - revolting - no real kick to the fizz/froth. Like drinking cloth.

Are they only on the card? Have you tried putting the card into your laptop/notebook and deleting them there?

ManC's expensively assembled squad beaten again by Wigan's chosen few... deserves an ovation. (I'll get me coat).

Nearest station Sydenham Hill and just a little to the east of West Dulwich (as you'd expect). There's a Dulwich, a West Dulwich , a Dulwich Village - all to the south of here - and 'here' really should be West Nunhead or South Peckham.

Especially when you have to slalom around 'Johnnies' A-boards stuck in the middle of the pavement- (this should be in the 'tiny little things that cause you...' thread I know - just so many of the bloody things now... )

Jah Lush Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > > Anyone else remember the Corona vans? Ah yes, we used to do Corona but my family went renegade and we switched to the Alpine lorry which delivered weekly - big bottles of exotic pop like Pineappleade, Raspberryade and Cream Soda. We still preferred a sneaky swig from the Davenports delivery my father got.

Or suppose it was THIS man... http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/10/18/article-2465939-18D332B000000578-574_306x490.jpg Should we start being wary of Gingers? Or maybe it's finally a good reason to go after hipster beards?

MrBen Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > In Ireland they have a slightly thicker equivalent > called a potato farl - but I'd need to check with > Irish forumites as to whether they were/are a > breakfast staple. In Ireland a potato dish of some kind is a staple at every meal (according to my OH). And bubble should only ever accompany brekky when made on the premises (made from left-over roast dinner veg as Louisa says) - particularly nice in those caffs that do roast dinners and use the veg to make a b&s and not those that buy it in frozen lumps from Brake Bros.

And Reid's being linked with other clubs too (ManC, Arsenal) - he might wait and see where United are before he jumps and Sam cashes in and buys a 'big strong lad' to play... well, anywhere.

Again on another thread I think it has been explained that - after the place was used as a dope factory for a while - the freeholder is reluctant to rent out to anyone who won't also rent the flat above.
