  1. Hi Strawbs, yes that seems to be the case as the one I was on this morning went into platform 13. Cheers, rjsmall
  2. I'd add that if you are going via Canada Water make sure you touch the pink oyster card validator near the top of the escalators so that you are charged a zone two only route. Not sure if you would be charged for a zone one and two ticket (e.g. a route via London Bridge) but I suspect the default would be the highest cost ticket and not the lowest. More details here http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/14871.aspx
  3. I've run around East Dulwich and the surrounds at 6am and as late as 8pm when it was dark and haven't felt in danger. I think it comes down to running in areas where it is well lit and not off the beaten track. I wouldn't go running around Dulwich Park or similar in the dark - I tend to stick to the main roads. If I didn't run in the dark I wouldn't get out between October and March. rjsmall.
  4. I have been a stay at home Dad for about two months now and would also be interested in meeting up during the week with other Dads (and children) in East Dulwich. There are some good activities around the area during the days although sometimes I am the only Dad there. I have a one year old just starting to walk so playgrounds and activity groups feature big on my schedule.
  5. London Ambulance are saying one dead on a statement on their site London Ambulance
  6. Just seen the red medical emergency helicopter take off and head north. The blue and yellow police helicopter still circling though.
