The eventual winner PD was 9 points behind and you were 10 behind. So I guess it's still an open race on the table. I'm worried though that I'm overthinking predictions now. Changing them regularly. Ours come into a bedroom and the sitting room. No food nearby.Have devised a home made trap by using a piece of masking tape, stuck to the bottom of a chandelier with some honey on it. The tape has a clothes peg at the bottom to keep the tape dangling. Some of the honey has dripped down onto the peg. That's the only place the flies land. I'm just feeding them currently it seems. Another strategy required I think.

My little story goes back to my teens. I fell in love with a girl from Keady, Co.Armagh, who would spend her Summer in my hometown. Having moved to Dublin, my friend who had a car offered to drive me up there. We arranged to meet in the local pub. Keady is a village or at least was then. Sipping our pints and waiting for Siobhan to arrive, in come what seems like half the British army, heavily armed and looking for whoever had the car with the Southern registration. That was us. Thankfully all that happened was we were asked a few questions. For us Southerners though it was quite intimidating. Some years later I went back to the North. I was working for a Scandanavian company and travelling with a Swede. I let him do all the talking at checkpoints. In more recent years I went with my wife for a holiday in Ireland and started in Belfast. We had no problems whatsoever. However, whenever we were looking for a place to stop I would avoid all those places where there was Union Jack bunting plastered all over the streets. It felt quite unwelcoming.

Emmm. They can be distracted by an open door? Preferred method of entry? Who would have thought. Know why?

Thanks very much Burbage and Loz. I will need to spend more time reading your post Burbage to see what could be implemented. Interestingly my work email address has been used to try and get at least two clients to alter the bank account into which they pay us. In one case it worked and having seen the emails from 'me' they were quite convincing. We reported it to Action Fraud who pass on details to the police if they think there is a case. They decided there wasn't enough to lead to a conviction. This puzzled me as the payment went from Poland to a NatWest account in Camberwell. I'd have thought with that detail there would be enough to pursue it. I've asked them to explain their decision. Any idea why they wouldn't?

Quite a few people where I work have been receiving emails with attachments which almost appear to be business related but undoubtedly are not. Yesterday I even received one in the name of our MD though without an attachment. The common theme suggests it is to either open an attachment or respond to the email, given it was a request for information or a confirmation of something. Anyone knowledgeable enough to say what's going on here? We use the cloud based Office 365. I've been asked to see if I could find a solution even though I know next to nothing about the subject. I usually find there's no better place than the Forum for some enlightenment, so here I am. Help!

Do people agree or disagree with Trump's decision to fire at a Syrian air base? I don't know if it's just going to lead to a more unstable world or if it could actually do some good. Either way, with Trump in charge it's all a bit scary.
