  1. *Puts a bowl of ice-cold warm water on the floor for BBW. Must be hot under that fur and Fern Britten is concerned about canines in the sun* "Nice doggie"
  2. No we dont. Peaceful street protest is legitimate and democratic. Attempts to deny this is in not legitimate or democratic. I have a commercial interest in David Carnelli's bladder and am concerned about any situation where it may be damaged.
  3. No. The Police are taking the law into their own hands. Thats not their job.
  4. "Traitor! You can de-flea your basket yourself next time" "I think DM may have got herself confused with Little Red Riding Hood, but she isnt that little anymore"
  5. A relative of Gary "US" Bonds perchance?
  6. I saw him play Stafford Bingley Hall (the county show ground) locally known as "The Cow Shed" about 20 years ago. Even there he looked enthusiatic and played for hours. Have also seen the Boss play Wembley and Villa Park and just fill the place with excitement.
  7. "Its not Batdog you daft old bat" "Wolfie want his tummy tickled? Die for the Queen!"
  8. At 11.51, I said; "I saw pictures of his kids last night - normal photos I hasten to add. His kids, shall we say, dont look much like him in his youth, although they do have some similarities with the older Jacko" So, no, not just you. It is weird; or not when you think of the Father.
  9. Was that before or after he got Mary pregnant?
  10. I saw pictures of his kids last night - normal photos I hasten to add. His kids, shall we say, dont look much like him in his youth, although they do have some similarities with the older Jacko.
  11. I am with Keef. This North/South divide on fish and chips is twaddle. This year I have tried them in traditional chippies on the NE coast and the SW coast - the same. The choice of condiments can be different. I am a mushy peas man, anything else is just wrong and the consumers of curry sauce and gravy should be whipped down the high street and pelted with rotten spuds. Of course a wally can be added to mix up the food groups a tad.
  12. "I will just sing "Livin on a prayer" very loud when I'm drunk, just as I'd probably do to "Born in the USA" or some such nonsense. Doesn't make either of them particularly good" Wouldnt that make them popular? Ergo, as they are from the "popular music" genre are they therefore not good as you choose to bawl them out when pished? As both songs mentioned are reflections on the American working class experience, albeit in a popular format, are they therefore not doubly good as they are tools of social education? 10,000 words, in by next Friday. Please ensure correct referencing.
  13. "Quite right" *Settles into leather arm-chair and reaches for favourite periodical* *Razzle*
  14. "This is the QUIET ROOM you pointed eared pillock, hush or i'll take you to the vet for that very special operation" "FETCH!" *Throws stick past the sign that says DANGER: STEEP CLIFF*
  15. If it was it would read: "I love sausage, me"
  16. Very much in the Bruce up to and including The River camp. I like his stuff later than that point, but love the early music. Live, he is without peer and I concider myself lucky to have seen him live on three occasions. The Glasto coverage is fantastic. Is that a Wolves Flag at the front?
  17. "Its not very well rolled is it Mr Wolf? ..... ........ but then again rolling a fat one with paws must be problematic. I am sorry for my insensitivity" "Can I offer you a towel to dry your fur after the thunder storms and a boot-made-from-cow-hide to chew on? Its good for the canine gums you know" "My, what big sharp teeth you have, by the way"
  18. "I think we should retire, coming up?"
  19. True. Which makes it all the worse. There seems to be a reading of "successfull" as "meaningful". Get a grip East Dulwich. Time for bed.
  20. *Hugs back* "Steady old man, just think, what would Bosley do?" *Hands ???? a large (clean) hankie*
  21. A bit. I have just sat through over an hour of Michael Jackson testiculation on Newsnight and the out-pouring of this pompous old wank is getting me fractious. He wasnt Elvis or the Beatles, they created whole genres of music. They defined for the first time, the Teenager. I happen to be a fan of neither. MJ was very good at pop, but thats it. I take no pleasure in his death, but the toss that is being spewed out as a result deserves all the scorn I can muster.
  22. *Raises flute of champage* "Farah, an angel indeed"
  23. We are missing the point here. He will rise again, he IS the Messiah. Watch the internet, it will come to pass.
  24. *Walks in wearing black, black leather trousers, black psuedo-military dress-jacket, black glove, black hat, black face mask* "Its not funny guys" "Shall we toast the departed?"
  25. "Cocktails! One measure of poppy-absynthe to two of Essence de Hosiery de Jah Lush on the rocks" "Ummm my glass seems to be melting"
